Lloyd, an ex-pro snowboarder (and British Snowboard Champion for several years running) and keen skier, now works locally as an architect. He has designed and built this enormous chalet himself, to provide luxurious, modern living. La Tillette sits on the edge of the prized Sainte Foy hamlet of la Masure, nestled on the mountainside, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big resorts, yet within a few minutes of an enormous choice of skiing and snowboarding. This is Alpine life at its best! Val d’Isere, Sainte Foy, Tignes, les Arcs (Paradiski ), La Rosiere (link to Italy) are all within just 10-20 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus service from just outside La Tillette to Sainte Foy resort, but we recommend a car for travelling to the other nearby resorts. Every effort has been made to provide the ultimate in homely comfort, within an extremely light, spacious and modern interior. The views from the chalet are simply astounding and it offers the ideal location from which to enjoy some of the best skiing and snowboarding the World has to offer.
