The studios vary in size from 17m2 with a double bed, to 22m2 with mezzanine, – an inserted storey, with a double bed. The studios on the ground floor open out to their own terraces, while most of the studios on the first floor have either balconies or French balconies. HOTEL LOU PAOUVADOU’s kitchen offers, besides ice cream and soft drinks, breakfast and small collations. HOTEL LOU PAOUVADOU’s Pleasant garden area and swimming pool are the perfect spot to relax. PARKING SPACES are available by the main entrance and at the rear of the hotel, giving our guests the option to park in a quiet area.

The hotel has a homey atmosphere and is snugly located between the azure blue Riviera coastline and the gorgeous northern mountain ranges. Placed in tranquil surroundings away from traffic and noise and yet close to Sainte Maxime’s many restaurants, shopping facilities and night life attractions Hotel Lou Paouvadou is the perfect spot for a relaxing and recreational holyday.

Hotel Lou Paouvadou offers 20 modern studios all equipped with comfortable beds kitchenette and bathroom. The studios vary in size from 17m2 with a double bed, to 22m2 with mezzanine (an inserted storey, with a double bed). The larger studios are perfect for families, while the hotel also offers combined studios with a shared terrace that are ideal for couples traveling together. The studios on the ground floor open out to private terraces, while most of the studios on the first floor have either balconies or French windows.

For breakfast the hotel offers a nice selection of freshly baked breads, croissants, cheese, spreads and jam served with coffee or tea, milk and juice. The breakfast is served in you room at the time of your choice and convenience.

The true gem of Hotel Lou Paouvadou is the idyllic garden area with a large swimming pool, comfortable deck chairs and terraces with tables and chairs. Here you can enjoy cool drinks, ice cream and minor lunch dishes served by the accommodating hotel staff. In addition the hotel offers other activities, such as table tennis and various games as well as a bar and a television with DVD-player in the reception and lounge area.
