Taken a few years to get the trees growing well, but here is a pic of our first Dixie Red peach. It was really good!

A days work by Isabelle and jonathan saw us cut the field with the tractor, rake the hay and dry it, then hand bale to give us a full trailer load! This hay will be used for the hens and geese and will last the year.
The hop nine to the left is a Bramling Cross.

Successful year for the cascade hop bine. This hop is a classic american one and favoured by sierra Nevada brewery for their pale ale. I shall be brewing a batch of that once the hops are harvested. Who says hops don't grow in Provence....
