The lower ground floor has 2 double and one twin bedroom, a large family bathroom with bath, wc and shower cubicle and a kitchen with dining table for 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and has a door to the outside terrace. The middle level is open plan with plenty of dining/relaxing space for 12 people with wifi throughout, sound system and underfloor heating. There are large windows and balconies on 3 sides giving beautiful views at all times of day or night. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with beautifully restored vaulted ceilings and large windows. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone slipper bath and a double shower cubicle and there is a further family bathroom. The property can be accessed from the driveway via the main front door giving access to the central staircase and hallway. Alternatively, access in the winter is via the side door directly into the boot/utility room which has storage for all ski equipment and a boot drier for 10 pairs of boots, washing machine and drier. Wifi is available throughout the chalet, 42" LCD TV and ipod docking stations in several rooms. A car is necessary due to location, roads are cleared of snow throughout the season. The chalet stands on garden of 3/4 acre which has outside dining/terrace/sunbathing areas for the summer months. There is a large Carrefour supermarket 10 mins away in St Jean d'Aulps aswell as ski hire, banks, bar and restaurants. Seytroux is just over an hour from Geneva Airport and Lac Leman. It is a 10hr drive from Calais (all autoroute except the last 20kms).
