About this Domaine
Ideal for meeting with family or getting together with friends, rediscovering the great outdoors, silence, nature ... play sports or cool off by the pool. This is the promise of the Terra Seren estate located between forest, meadows and pond which you will have without sharing.
Within reach by bike (available for hire), charming villages, castles, churches and other lively regional markets will charm you.
The space
You will stay in an old farmhouse full of character, spacious and comfortable, fully equipped offering friendly spaces around the fireplaces but also all the privacy of its en-suite bedrooms. A large mezzanine and its games room (including a billiard table) will occupy young and old. The living room and its adjoining dining room also offer large, comfortable spaces to welcome as many people as possible.
Guest access
The estate is easily accessible by car, located away from a national road
(6 km from Ribérac), 23 km from the A89 motorway and 1h15 from Bordeaux.
To visit: castles, churches 💒 (including the fantastic Aubeterre underground church, the largest in Europe and its 20m high vaults), caves, museums, villages. Many picturesque Ribérac, St Astier, Tocane markets.
Available for hire on the property, electric VTCs will take you effortlessly (or almost :)))) to the surrounding villages and activities.
Many hiking and horseback 🐴 riding trails and mountain biking trails 🚵‍♀️ are accessible a few meters from the estate.
Other things to note
You will have a very efficient wifi installation, which should be noted because it is rare in our remote regions.
We provide outdoor games such as: badminton - table tennis - giant mikado - croquet game.
Also many board games and an American billiards table for amateurs.
