Set in the middle of the village and with great access to all amenities it no

netheless has been decorated with an eye to retaining elements of the past but providing comfort in the present. Light-filled all year round, warm in winter and cool in summer it offers a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and separate shower and toilet on the ground floor, an open dining area and morning coffee corner on the first floor plus a separate loungeroom which leads out to the terrace and the enclosed back garden. The kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet are also on this level. The three other bedrooms (one queen and two with two single beds in each) are located on the top floor along with a third bathroom (under the eaves) and a separate toilet. You can choose to dine at either the long wooden table in the dining area inside or the outside table on the terrace, both intended to favour long lunches and festive dinners. A BBQ and some additional outdoor seating has been provided for you to relax and enjoy the mountain vista on offer. "We were visiting the Annecy area for a long week end with another family. We were 8 (4 adults and 4 Kids) and the house was a perfect match with our need. The owner is very nice and despite some other confilcting bookings Catherine did everything she can to allow us to use the House when it was available.

Comunication was smooth and the in-town Manager was also very responsive. The house is very well kept and we liked being able to enjoy the lake a short walk away. The view on the dents de lanfon from the backyard porch is breath-taking."

🏃🏃‍♀️ Dernière ligne droite avant les Marathon, Semi & 10km du Lac d'annecy et la marche nordique !

⏱️ Il vous reste 3 semaines de préparation, pour être au top niveau le 17 avril prochain. Objectif de course : faire un chrono ou admirer le paysage. A chacun son leitmotiv 😉 !
Et on n'oublie pas la course des jeunes (7 à 15 ans) qui se déroulera la veille 👦👧🏽
