What's on the menu at The Barns dans les Pyrénées this evening? … Figs from the garden stuffed with Camembert, Rosemary and drizzled with honey wrapped in Parma Ham .. apart of course Kiki's vegetarian option! :) … Followed by Creamy prawn pasta (marinated King Prawns in chilli, garlic, lemon and sherry cooked in cream served with thick ribbon pasta) … oh and then lemon and lime cheesecake … bit of a citrus theme going on this evening then? … let's hope our cycling guest likes a bit of citrus cuisine!

Hi we stayed at the end of August , ( and wished it could have been longer).
Superb setting and o much to do in the area and Suz and Pete are so helpful.
The cooking is superb and the breakfast is stunning.
We can honestly say we have never stayed anywhere better.
We are hoping to return soon for the purpose of property hunting and know it will make a superb base.
Once again Suz and Pete ( sorry about th eheadache Pete , I know karen is a nightmare ) Hope the knee is ok .
