Bonjour à tous,
Après l’avoir rêvé, construit, façonné, aimé et partagé pendant 42 ans, j’ai décidé de passer le flambeau afin que l’Ardéchois puisse continuer à évoluer.
Depuis 54 ans je vis au rythme du camping, le Provençal d’abord qui est devenu
en partie l’Ardéchois.
Mon souhait a été de créer un lieu où la qualité, la convivialité, la nature, l’authenticité, la beauté, le confort et l’échange étaient les maîtres mots.
J’ai eu la chance et le bonheur de trouver une équipe qui aime le lieu avec moi.
Et puis il y a eu vous, nos clients, qui ont fait vivre le lieu et qui l’ont aimé à leur tour. Avec tout cet amour nous avons vu les générations se succéder, des amitiés se créer et des couples se former.
L’Ardéchois n’est pas seulement ma vie, elle est partagée avec tellement d’autres vies.
J’ose espérer que ça va continuer, que vous, nos clients, reviendrez voir votre camping pour y vivre encore plein de belles expériences.
Gaël et Anneke (Anna,
elle reprendra son véritable prénom), seront là, fidèles au poste.
Ils connaissent le camping, ils vous connaissent vous, ils ont notre histoire en héritage.
Un infini merci à mon équipe et à vous pour cette vie magique, je nous souhaite à
tous bon vent et longue vie à l’Ardéchois.

L’Ardéchois m’a relevé et révélé, à une époque c’était mon cocon, mon refuge,
mon foyer et quelque part ça le restera pour toujours.

Essayer de faire le bonheur des
autres, c’est le plus beau métier du monde. L’exercer dans le plus beau des
campings est encore mieux.

Hello everyone,
After dreaming it, building it, shaping it, loving it and sharing it for 42 years, I have decided to pass the torch so that L’Ardéchois can continue to grow and evolve.
For 54 years, my life has followed the rhythm of the campsite — first Le Provençal, which later became part of L’Ardéchois.
My wish was to create a place where quality, togetherness, nature, authenticity, beauty, comfort and human connection were at the heart of everything.
I have been incredibly lucky and happy to find a team who love this place as much as I do.
And then there was you, our guests, who brought this place to life and came to love it in your turn. With all this love, we have watched generations come and go, friendships grow and couples meet and fall in love.
L’Ardéchois is not only my life; it has become part of so many other lives too.
I truly hope this will continue, and that you, our guests, will keep coming back to your campsite to enjoy many more wonderful experiences here.
Gaël and Anneke — Anna, as she will now return to using her real first name — will still be here, as dedicated as ever.
They know the campsite, they know you, and they carry our story with them.
An endless thank you to my team, and to all of you, for this magical life. I wish us all fair winds and many more wonderful years for L’Ardéchois.

L’Ardéchois helped me find my feet and discover who I am.
At one point in my life, it was my cocoon, my refuge, my home — and in some way, it always will be.
Thank you to Richard, thank you to the team, thank you to our guests. Thank you for your trust and for all the moments we have shared.
I have learned so much from all of you.
Trying to make other people happy is the most beautiful job in the world. Being able to do it in the most beautiful campsite makes it even more special.
