We want to express a big thank you to Mandy and Mike for the last 10 years of keeping the Bellevue running as a guest house.
We have owned the Bellevue for more than 20 years, and it is not without sadness that we now put it up for sale. The more than 100-year-old mountain hotel has given us and lots of clients many good times and moments.
For us all it is though time to move on.
The Bellevue has a unique position in the beautiful valley of Vallorcine in closeness to Chamonix and Switzerland. The buildings character, many square meters and landscaped garden is of great potential for new owners/investors with ambition of creating their private alpine haven, or as an investment opportunity.
A future for a “new” Bellevue could be as a big private mansion, creation of individual apartments or as an up-grade to its former position as a small mountain hotel.
Until a sale happens, the Bellevue is available for rent, ether as the full house, or parts of it.
