Domaine Saint Michel

Domaine Saint Michel Domaine Saint Michel will be an upmarket Gîte and organic vineyard. A three year project is now underway. We enjoy having Wwoofers (www.wwoof.fr) helping us out.

This year we are clearing the land, repairing the walls, preparing the land for a better managed vineyard and Olive tree farm.

Well, thank you to all our Wwoofing friends. In 2016 we had 125 enquiries for 172 people from 24 countries. 70 people (40.70% of the enquiries) turned up, staying for an average of 12.6 days. Sadly 13 people who said they were coming did not turn up, much to our anger, as we turned away around 40 people. 73% were aged 18 to 25, 22% were 26 to 35, and 5% over 35 years old. Americans comprised 16.28% of our visitors, Canadians 4.65%, Germans 3.49%, and 2.91% were French.

58% of our Wwoofers were women, 42% men.
