Bonjour & Au Revoir from Chalet Pomet !

We’ve some exciting news… Yesterday, we sold our beautiful Chalet Pomet. It was a very difficult and emotional decision, but we are thrilled that the new owners, Robin and Alix, along with their children, are ready to take on this magical place and invest their time, energy, and love into its next chapter.

Chalet Pomet has been so much more than just a chalet business for us. After the original 3 year renovation that nearly finished us off 🤣🤣 and 20 years of ownership - it’s been our home where we have welcomed countless wonderful guests, celebrated special moments with friends and family, and worked alongside incredible hospitality teams who helped create unforgettable memories. Those ancient wooden walls have seen laughter, hugs, celebrations, and even our wedding — a day that was truly perfect in every way ❤️

We are excited to share that Robin and Alix will be running Chalet Pomet as a self catered rental, continuing to welcome guests from around the world to experience its charm and magic.

While we’re closing this chapter as owners, our story at Chalet Pomet continues. We will keep running our DofE Cookery School at the chalet during the Summer and October holidays, sharing our love for food, skills, and adventure with new generations of young cooks 🎉

This transition will give us the space to invest more time in our other projects in the UK especially the 🐝 and our online skills courses for the DofE, continuing to build on passions we’ve been steadily nurturing.

We want to thank every guest, friend, and supporter who has been part of our journey. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and love for Chalet Pomet has truly made it what it is today. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish you all good health and happiness. Here’s to new adventures — for us, for Chalet Pomet, and for everyone who will continue to enjoy its magic 🍾 THANK YOU ! Lovely! Great to see Season it Cookery in full swing at the chalet. All 6 weeks are Fully booked apart from 2 places on 23 August. If you’ve a teen 15 to 19 book them in to bag the last places!
