🗺️ Our New Waterproof OS Map

We recently had some lovely guest feedback suggesting that an OS map would be a useful addition to the cottage and we completely agreed!

So, we’ve now added a waterproof OS map covering the local area, which we hope will make it even easier to plan your walks and explore everything the beautiful surrounding countryside has to offer. 🥾🌿

it may be a relatively compact space, but it has everything you need for a relaxing stay:

Beautiful Aberdovey Beach, approximately a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the cottage. Definitely worth the stunning drive through the Welsh countryside if you like sandy beaches & blue seas. 🌊

We are now fully booked in August & have just one long weekend left in July. Lots of availability still in June, so get booked in ASAP if you’re looking for a summer getaway. 🏡

Spotlight on our bedrooms ✨

The cottage has two bedrooms and although they’re cosy, we think we’ve made the very best use of the space.

One bedroom features a super king bed, which can also be split into two singles, while the second has a double bed.

Both rooms include bedside tables on either side of the bed, with lamps and handy sockets nearby, along with a chest of drawers, hair dryer and access to a built-in wardrobe space.

To make your stay even more comfortable, both bedrooms have dimmer lighting and a beautiful large window, perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine with a cuppa in bed 🥰

BBQ weather… for now anyway 👀☀️🔥

While the sun’s making an appearance, the BBQ at 2 Rose Cottage is ready and waiting … gas, utensils, and a comfy outdoor seating area all set up.

All you’ve got to do is turn up with some good food and your favourite tipple 😉
