The Pitlochry Community Bonfire and Fireworks Display - Saturday 1st November. The event will open at 6pm. There will be games for the kids with Jamie and music from Andy and Tom followed by the fireworks at 7pm. Fingers crossed for good weather. Thanks to all who have contributed in different ways with donations. This helps us to keep free entry to the event.

Its been a busy Potato Lifting Season here on the farm - and the weather has been amazing!

A lovely 5* review from weekend guests-

Menzies Steading is terrific. We were a group of 10 (5 couples) and it was perfect. The place is very tastefully decorated, the kitchen and the lounge are open plan with lots of seating space, the bedrooms are nice as well. overall 5* !! Glad we picked this place for a short holiday.

Hi Kate. thanks for letting us stay at your Airbnb. we had a terrific time. You have a great product and everything in it is just perfect. We all had a great time. We hope we will come back to Menzies Steading and stay here in the future.

Glad to have you back !

Despite restrictions still being in place we have decided to reopen from today. Lunch will be available 12 until 2pm, and dinner between 5pm and 7pm. We have to be closed inside by 6pm so if you want to be eating later please wrap up warm as you will have to eat outside.
Alcohol is only allowed to be served outside so remember to bring jumpers and coats!

We will be launching a takeaway and delivery service this week. Keep an eye on Facebook for the menu and prices.

We are super excited to announce our reopening from 3rd July 2020 , its been a long hard 3 months but we are all ready to welcome back guests.
We have adopted the new Association of Scottish Self Caterers cleaning protocol and have attended a online Cleaning course which has covered the following:
* Risk Assessments for each property
* The science of Coronavirus, its longevity on different surfaces and how to effectively Clean and Sanitise to protect against it.
* What cleaning Products we should be using and understanding effective kill rates.
We are really confident that our properties are entirely safe and we are super excited about receiving guests soon.
