GOOSEFEST 2026! WOW!!! 🪿🍻🌞
What a day it was!!! We can't believe the amazing crowd we had joining us for the day to enjoy our annual Goosefest music and ale festival!
We want to thank all of you that came along and supported our event - we loved seeing you all laugh, enjoy, and dance the day away!!
Our incredible team of staff deserve the most appreciation - they worked their absolute hardest and despite all the challenges of the day they still kept their wonderful smiles on their faces and delivered yet again another fantastic event. We love our Goose team - they are all worth their weight in gold.
A big applause goes to our street food vendors who soldiered on despite electric outages and delivered some incredible food for you all! They all sold out by the evening!! Thank you to all of them that stayed with us and delivered incredible delicious menus for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.
To our bands and PA system team - you absolutely delivered!! What an incredible sound that came from the Goose on Sunday - everyone was up dancing and loving it all day long! Superb line up and you all delivered absolute gold of music!!
Thank you to all our wonderful customers, visitors and followers that keep the Goose going! Your presence and appreciation goes a long way to us as owners, we work hard to keep the place going and delivering, and you have all helped us through it.
We could not ask for a more wonderful crowd that joined us not just on Goosefest but throughout the bank holiday. You are all so wonderful and we really appreciate all the love and support you give us.
We're taking a little break to recover (and for the very pregnant landlady to actually sit down for 5 minutes) over the next couple of days - so the pub won't be open on Wednesday evening this week. However we'll be back up and running as usual on Thursday for Goose O'Clock at 5pm! So come and enjoy a delicious drink on the new terrace and some delicious food from our superb Chef Jim!
