If you’re looking for the perfect holiday hideaway; a chance escape, relax and unwind in indulgent comfort; on your own, with your family or in a group of friends… then you’ve found exactly the right place. Our luxury canvas lodges – Skirrid Fawr, Blorenge and Sugar Loaf – are named after three of our seven local hills (yes, like Rome, Abergavenny has seven hills!). Nestled in a field on our 16th

century farmstead, with a stream running past, an ancient orchard close-by and sheep and alpacas for neighbours; each has a cosy log fire, large double bedrooms (sleeping 6) and your very own verandah… perfect for ‘sundowners’ with a view of Skirrid mountain. We really want all our guests to enjoy their stay here so please be aware that if there are more than 6 guests all thee lodges will need to be booked. Please note that we also take a damage security deposit for each lodge.

Llenwenarth - sleeps 4x in two separate bedrooms comprising a king bed and a two singles in a twin room.

A powerful shower and sitting area are matched with a kitchen kitchenette and seating for 4 both inside and out.

Enjoy our Tub Tank wood-fired bath while gazing at the stars.

This lodge has recently had an interior makeover to make the open plan style a more compartment-based arrangement similar to our larger lodges.

Beautiful location & great facilities

The location is amazing, surrounded by rolling fields. The site is beautiful, it's a huge couple of fields, surrounded by trees with lots of space between the lodges. Watching the sun set from the hut tub and porch was stunning.

The facilities in the 2x larger lodges we stayed in were great. Really good shower, with high pressure and warm water. Beds all comfortable. Everything you need to cook and BBQ.

Close to lots of great walks. Would love to stay again.
