'The Cullen Skink Rag'
In summer 2025, American composer Anthony LaBounty visited Scotland for the first time and was introduced to Cullen Skink by Kellie Spooner of the Aberlour Hotel (2024 Traditional and Twist Cullen Skink World Champion and 2026 Cullen Skink with a Twist People’s Choice Champion.
After their first encounter with Cullen Skink in Aberlour, Anthony’s family drove to Cullen to take in the sights and, of course, consume more of the delicious Cullen Skink.
Inspired by the famous dish, Anthony composed and recorded The Cullen Skink Rag.
In April 2026, Kellie Spooner attended the concert premiere of The Cullen Skink Rag in Las Vegas.
