On the hotel’s first floor, this stunning suite has exceptional views over Rothes and beyond.

This suite is named after the Speyburn Distillery which was established in 1897 and remains today the only distillery to use the clear water of the Granty Burn.

With a flair for the dramatic, the first spirit was run off during a violent snow storm, and today Speyburn Single Highland Scotch Malt Whisky has earned worldwide popularity.

Our Caperdonich suite boasts a luxurious Four-Poster Emperor-sized Hypnos bed, Mezzanine floor with free standing bath complete with its own TV, mood lighting, electronic fire place, electronic blinds and a complimentary whisky decanter.

This suite is suited for the ultimate feeling of luxury and relaxation!!

After a huge amount of requests we have decided to finally reveal the recipe behind our much loved complimentary bread.

Why not give it a shot and share a photo of your end result with us?

• 450g Plain Flour
• 33g Baking Powder
• 220g full fat yoghurt
• 140g stout (keep it local)
• 6g salt
• 44g Treacle (or silver birch syrup)
