This newly refurbished gorgeous 1904 Edwardian villa is tucked away in an oasis of peace 2.5 miles from the colourful university town of Aberystwyth where there is an abundance of activities to enjoy.

to a very high standard and those who love colour, design and beautiful furnishings will appreciate the eclectic mix of vintage and modern treasures.
•Each bedroom has its own individual character - colourful 'on-trend' hand crocheted blankets add an extra splash of colour and will keep you cosy while you relax or read a book on a lazy afternoon.
•Enjoy views of the surrounding countryside from the large hot tub in the secluded garden - a place to unwind with waffle dressing gowns & slippers on hand for your use during your stay. If you can bare to leave the tranquility of this gorgeous cottage and hot tub, there are lovely walks straight from the door into the surrounding countryside and along river banks.

Property provides: microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, Smeg larder fridgefreezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, Sky TV, DVD & Bluray player, Wi-Fi , radio/CD/MP3 players, high chair, towels, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary toiletries, private parking for up to 4 cars, downstairs toilet, enclosed secure garden with patio furniture, hot tub, central heating, wood and coal effect gas fires.
