Our two newest dishes have been going down particularly well with guests and are already proving to be firm favourites.

🍽️ Duo of Pork
Slow-cooked pork belly & seared fillet, fondant celeriac, heritage carrot and wholegrain mustard jus.

🍫 Dark Chocolate Crémeux Tart
Passion fruit sorbet, coconut crunch and fresh raspberries.

With the return of darker nights, after dinner head out to one of our garden pods with your favourite cocktail or a dram of malt wh**ky and on a clear night, settle in for a little stargazing. ✨🥃

We’ve added a few new dishes to our menu, bringing together some lovely seasonal flavours as we head into autumn. Here’s a little look at what’s new…

Charred Butternut Squash
Whipped feta, pomegranate, sage & parsley gremolata and pumpkin seeds

Duo of Pork
Slow-cooked pork belly & seared fillet, fondant celeriac, heritage carrot and wholegrain mustard jus

Truffled Wild Mushroom Risotto
Charred oyster mushroom, soft confit yolk and toasted hazelnut

Dark Chocolate Cremeux Tart
Passion fruit sorbet, coconut crunch and fresh raspberries

Peach Melba Sundae
Vanilla cream, peach sorbet, macerated peach, raspberry coulis and almond crumble

There are some places you never get tired of… 💙

Ardtoe Beach is one of ours.

No matter how many times we visit, we still stop and appreciate just how beautiful it is. White sand, clear turquoise water and beautiful views to the islands.

It's one of our favourite places and one of the places we love sharing most with our guests at Mingarry Park. A little piece of the Highlands we’re very lucky to have on our doorstep. 🌊

Every now and then, a review catches us by surprise… and this one certainly did.

Mingarry Park sits surrounded by open Highland countryside, mountains and nature — peaceful, secluded and deliberately away from the crowds.

And perhaps that’s exactly the point.

If secluded beaches, beautiful scenery, quiet roads, no crowds and no stress aren’t your thing, then perhaps we’re not the place for you. 😉
