Aldeburgh is located between the River Alde and the magnificent shingle beach , with all the charm and traditions of a time gone by. Fishermen still sell their daily catches from the huts along the beach front. One word describes the surrounding coastline and that is

simply “stunning”. Church Farm is a Beautiful Luxury Holiday Park, quite unique, its not your usual holiday park. It is set just 50 meters from the beach and occupies around 27 acres of naturally landscaped parkland in the exclusive charming town of Aldeburgh. Bordering the park to the North is the RSPB wetland conservation area, ideal for those interested in wildlife. The park is able to offer arguably some of the best plots in the area, with a wide selection of holiday homes from static caravan holiday homes to stunning luxury lodges on our new Marsh View development, to choose from at what are also the most competitive prices in the area. We are able to cater for a wide budget range. There is always a wide selection of new luxurious, centrally heated, double glazed holiday homes available. This makes them ideal for use at any time of the year. The benefits of having a luxury holiday home are endless and mean that you and your family can enjoy quality time whilst you relax and unwind. The park is open between March and January. During the season were are open 7 days a week, so you are able to visit us whenever is convenient for you, should you wish to make a dedicated appointment please contact us to do so. There is always a wide selection of new and used holiday homes available to view. We can take Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Cars in part exchange against the purchase of a Holiday Home. For those of you that have your own self contained Touring Caravan or Motorhome we have wonderfully spacious fully serviced touring pitches available between 1st April and midday on 2nd January. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMUNAL TOILET OR SHOWER FACILITIES AVAILABLE ON THE PARK.
