We’ve got some exciting news to share! 👨‍🍳✨

We’re proud to share that head chef Ray Moody will be representing Higham Farm Hotel in the Fine Food Village at Chatsworth Country Fair this Sunday, 6th September, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

He’ll be cooking live alongside some of the best chefs in Derbyshire and the Peak District, demonstrating dishes built around fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.

If you’re visiting the fair on Sunday, make sure to pop over and watch his demonstration.
