Perfectly located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Northumberland's unspoilt coast, our two farms enjoy a tranquil rural setting and provide an ideal holiday base for exploring Northumberland. Alnmouth, Alnwick, Amble, Bamburgh, Berwick, Cragside, Craster, Dunstanburgh, Morpeth, Newcastle, Rothbury, Seahouses, Warkworth and Wooler are all within easy reach of our holiday cottages. Village Farm in the heart of the old village and Town Foot Farm on the northern edge of the village offer a superb choice of self-catering holiday cottage accommodation, ranging from modern Scandinavian-style chalets to traditional stone-built cottages and a 17th century farmhouse. Our superb self-catering holiday cottages are supplemented by our extensive leisure facilities, including a spa with swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room; fitness club; beauty salon; horse riding and tennis.

⛳ Did you know? Alnmouth Village Golf Club is England’s oldest nine hole links course, dating back to 1869!

If you stay with us at Village Farm, there are some lovely golf courses nearby, including Alnmouth Village, Warkworth and Foxton Hall.

A great excuse for a few days of golf in Northumberland, with a cosy cottage and complimentary Health Club access to enjoy after your round. 😊

October has arrived, and there’s still plenty to enjoy in Northumberland. The castles are still open, many attractions have autumn programmes, and there are always walks along the coast to enjoy.

If you’re staying with us, remember that after a day out exploring, you can head back to Village Farm and make the most of the Health Club.

Quieter at this time of year, but Alnmouth never fails to look beautiful.

A great place to visit, especially if you’ve got a dog with you. There’s the beach, the village, pubs and some lovely views from the walks around the area.

Just along the road from us, it’s a great place to spend a few hours while staying at Village Farm. 🐾🌊
