We’ve had a few people enquiring about use of the hostel during the day, for regular events (we already host the fab crochet group), or one offs such as birthday parties, buffets etc.
We are very open to this and would be happy to show anybody round who thinks the setup might suit.
We have a good sized car park, dining room to seat 25, a cosy snug with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen available for food prep, hot and cold drinks etc.
We can also offer catering services by arrangement.
Feel free to pop down to the hostel or drop us a line and we can talk through any ideas.

Looking forward to these

We love our neighbours and today was a great opportunity to wish one of them a very happy 80th birthday!
Friends from all over the uk came to celebrate with the lovely Gina, with a fantastic spread laid on.
Happy birthday to a very special lady

Great to see a write up of the Roof of England long distance walk.
A very welcome addition to the range of walks in our area, and a well thought through route.
As it passes our steps, we have a good few walkers exploring this one already.
Highly recommended

As well as our walkers and cyclists we are also lucky to welcome motorcyclists to the hostel.
These two great guys were exploring a section of the Trans Euro Trail (TET) and we were happy to send them on their way fed and refreshed after a good night’s sleep
