An amazing cottage located in the stunning North Pennines!
We have just returned from a 3 night break at Chestnut Cottage, which was fabulous.
On arrival we were met personally by the hosts Mark & Jo who took the time to show us around and nothing was too much trouble.
The property was well furnished and spotlessly clean with everything you need from a self catering perspective.
One highlight for us was the incredibly comfortable large double bed and pillows. Combined with the near quiet we both had the best nights sleep in a long while.
The property is positioned high on the hillside, which allows for incredible views from the cottage either from the inside or when relaxing on the large wonderful balcony.
If you’re looking for a comfortable cottage stay - you’ve just found it! Go ahead and book, you won’t be disappointed.
