Existing on the very edge of the coastline, the is exposed to the elements. That's why it's more important than ever to stay safe and protect yourself from sun exposure during the summer months ☀️🌡️

We've put together safety advice to help you when out on the Trail 🥾

🌤️ Check the weather forecast before your walk.
📈 Plan a walk that suits your fitness level.
🕶️ Wear sun protection: sun cream, sun hat & appropriate layers.
📞 Let someone know where you are going and what time you are likely to be back - mobile phone reception is patchy on the coast.
💧 Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Check for water refill points on the app.
🆘 Dial 999 if you or someone you are with is showing signs of heat stroke.
