There's something rather wonderful about autumn in the Hampshire countryside. The changing colours, the crisp air and, best of all, the wonderful abundance of the countryside at this time of year! And Chef Nick’s been hard at work making the most of the season’s bounty with our new Flavours of Autumn menu.
Foraged berries, wild mushrooms, local game and venison, brought together in dishes full of rich, comforting flavour. Or as we like to say, “it’s food with a whole lot of Sole.” 😉(If you know, you know!)
No fuss, no fancy theatrics. Just honest, hearty food, prepared with care and served generously. Exactly how we like it.

The clock is ticking on our complimentary Christmas fizz offer! ⏰
Don’t forget that you need to book your festive table before 1 November and we’ll welcome everyone in your party with a glass of fizz on arrival. 🥂 A very civilised way to begin the celebrations, we think!
Our Festive Menu is available from 1 to 31 December, excluding Christmas Day, with two courses for £35 or three for £40. Perfect for the work Christmas lunch, a long-overdue catch-up with friends or gathering the family around one table without the hassle of cooking or washing up!
But don’t leave it to the last-minute group-chat panic. Book by the end of October to enjoy the fizz. 🍾

We’re closing the doors for a very happy reason on Saturday 3 October: one of our favourite couples is getting married! 💕

The Three Horseshoes will be closed all day for their private celebration. We’ll be open again as usual on Sunday 4 October, ready to welcome you for a proper Sunday lunch.

🍂 A much-loved Worldham parish tradition returns! 🍂
Thanks to a very hardworking committee, The Worldhams Autumn Fayre is being resurrected for a new generation.

Please come and join the fun on Saturday 26 September, from 12 noon to 4pm, at Tree View, Blanket Street, East Worldham.

There’ll be stalls filled with gifts, jewellery, toys, textiles, books and pottery, alongside nail painting, a tombola and traditional children’s games including Splat the Rat, Lucky Dip and Tin Can Alley. Have a go at air-gun target shooting, enjoy live music and settle in with a Pimm’s or Prosecco, tea, coffee and homemade cake, or a freshly cooked burger or sausages.

It promises to be a joyful afternoon of good old-fashioned village fun for all ages with warm welcomes and smiling faces.

Entry is completely free, so gather your family and friends and come and help us bring this much-loved tradition back to life.

🎄 100 sleeps until Christmas. But only 77 until the festive feasting begins at The Three Horseshoes.

From 1 December, our Festive Menu will be served alongside our usual menu, giving everyone around the table plenty to choose from.

Gather the work crowd, the family, the friends you’ve been promising to see all year, or all three if you’re feeling brave.

Book before 1 November and we’ll welcome everyone in your party with a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival. 🥂
