Don't you absolutely love those little moments where nature appears when you least expect it?

​We were just leaving Hope Terrace when we caught sight of this incredible Hummingbird Hawk-moth busy exploring the flowers right outside the cottage. They are such fascinating, fast-moving little creatures to watch!
​Moments like this remind us just how lucky we are. We are so incredibly proud to be in such a beautiful, wildlife-rich location on the stunning Northumberland coastline.

​We headed back to Alnwick Castle this week and were reminded of their brilliant "pay for a day, visit for a year" ticket policy! We first visited back in September, but even with two trips under our belts, we still haven't seen everything.

Happy Monday! If you’re feeling the post-weekend slump, you aren’t alone. We’re currently daydreaming about crisp beach walks and those iconic strolls through Amble—all just a stone's throw from Hope Terrace.
