Bin Store: Mission Accomplished 🗑️✨

The transformation is complete! Our brand-new bin store is officially finished and ready for action.

As you can see from the photos, we’ve gone from a messy corner to a sleek, organised space. There is now plenty of room to maneuver, so the collection teams will have a much easier time getting in and out—no more complaints about tight squeezes!

What’s next?
The heavy lifting is done, but we aren’t quite finished. Now comes the fun part: titivating the outside area.We’ll be doing some light landscaping and tidying up the surrounding ground to make sure the exterior looks just as sharp as the new fencing.

Stay tuned for the final "after" shots once the greenery is back in shape! 🌿🏗️

From Bare Dirt to Golden Glow: Garden Refresh! ✨

There is nothing quite as satisfying as a project coming together. We (Alan, Dave the Gardener and Eric) finally tackled that awkward, patchy corner of the garden, and what a difference a few hours (and some gravel) makes!

Dave and Alan cleared out the w**ds and leveled the soil to get a clean slate.
Laid down a heavy-duty w**d membrane—essential for keeping this look low-maintenance!
Topped it all off with some beautiful golden gravel that really brightens up the space.

It’s amazing how a simple texture change can make the area feel more structured and intentional. 🥂🌿

Alan from our maintenance team has been busy setting the fence posts for the path leading to our soon to be new guest laundry location! It’s all starting to take shape, and we can’t wait for you to see the final result once it’s finished.

What a difference a day makes! 🪵🪚

The landscaping team has been hard at work clearing the overgrown trees around the bin area, and the transformation is already incredible. It’s amazing how much more light and space we have now.
We will soon have a better bin store area. Let’s see what day 2 will bring!
