Just a short walk from the Estate and you'll find one of the most talked about wild swimming locations in the Lakes, Loughrigg Tarn is a 10 minute walk, want to venture on to the fells? Loughrigg Fell is one of the many Wainwrights within short walking distance of the estate.
The 516 bus route is accessible from the bottom of the hill and runs hourly during the summer months, so theres no need to move the car once it's parked up in our private parking bay.
