JOB VACANCY

The Gables Guesthouse is looking for a friendly and enthusiast team member to work Monday/Tuesday and one other day.

Approx 6 hours a day starting at 8am.

Duties include breakfast shift and housekeeping in our 14 bedroom b&b.

Some flexibility would be preferable when needed for busy periods or to cover holidays.
We will also be as flexible as we can for the right person.

Good rates of pay and training given - experience not essential.

SLDC is once again offering free Sunday parking in its pay-and-display car parks in the run-up to Christmas:

The festive boost for shoppers and traders applies to the Westmorland Shopping Centre Car Park # Kendal and all pay-and-display car parks operated by SLDC in the district, except the Brewery Arts Centre car park and Miller Bridge car park .
