Some of the best meals aren't eaten in restaurants.
After a day exploring the Lakes, come back to the cottage, light the BBQ and pour yourself a glass of wine while the children and dogs enjoy the secure garden. Sometimes the simplest evenings make the best memories.

Imagine - the day's walking is done, dogs asleep on the patio, the prosecco is chilled - do we spark up the BBQ or wander to the pub? Life's difficult decisions....

Our last remaining summer holiday week begins 21st August. September is also one of our favourite times to enjoy the Lakes, with quieter footpaths, cosy pubs and beautiful evenings.
