The Waterside Rooms Luxury B&B situated on the shore of the Solway Estuary on the western border between England and Scotland. One Suite of Luxury Rooms.

Bedroom with King Sized Bed and Egyption Cotton bed linen. A contemporary shower room with underfloor heating and a Lounge with bed settee, large screen HD TV, WiFi and Desk. THe Suite has its own entrance way for your convenience. Breakfast is served upstairs in our Lounge/Diner with panoramic views of the Solway Estuary.

Not only do we have amazing sunsets at The Waterside Rooms this time of the year over the Irish Sea we also see the Northern Lights. Here is a picture taken over the house a couple of nights ago!
Wonderful isn’t it! That’s our house with the lights on at the bottom left.
