2 Mews Cottages Appleby - Central Location Holiday Let Situated in the beautiful Eden Valley, 2 Mews Cottages is the perfect location to relax, recharge and explore the local area. There is a hook for a dog.

This cosy pet-friendly cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. Mews Cottage is central to the town with shops and eating places within a short walking distance, or a 1 minute drive into the town centre. The train station is a 8 minute walk. The train line runs along the Settle to Carlisle route. The cottage is spacious with the kitchen being a kitchen diner and the lounge ha

s a comfortable space with plenty of seating, the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a bench at the entrance of the property offering outside space with additional chairs in the property for extra people. Outside the property is on street parking, which allows 2 hours (disc zone) free parking. During the hours of 6pm - 8am the parking has no restrictions. Disc's for parking are inside the cottage. Garths Head Road offers free all day parking, and is a 2min walk back to the property via the park. We recommend to park outside the property while unloading. Directions to Garths Head Road Via Car:
From the property drive in the opposite direction of the co op. Drive up the hill 320 yards and take your first left onto Drawbriggs Lane. Straight after turning, take your next sharp left onto Garths Head Road. You are able to park on this road 24/7 for free. We recommend to drive along the road approx. 300 yards and park by the play park. There is a path next to the play park which runs directly down to the cottage.

We had a good walk around the grounds of Lowther Castle today and then lunch in their lovely dog friendly cafe 🐶. Highly recommend a visit as it’s only a 25 minute drive from our cottage. 🏡🏰
