Led by Head Chef Kris McKie, whose experience in some of the region’s most respected kitchens brings confidence and creativity to the menu, 88 is built around sharing plates that allow you to create your own dining experience. Taking inspiration from different cuisines while celebrating the incredible Scottish larder, expect bold flavours, interesting combinations and thoughtful twists on familiar dishes.
