Sunday Roast is back at The Lauriston 🍽️
There’s nothing quite like a proper Sunday roast, and we’ve got a menu full of favourites for you this week.
From Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding and Roast Turkey with cranberry spiced jus, to Steamed Fillet of Salmon in a rich bouillabaisse broth, Breast of Chicken stuffed with garlic-scented creamy mushrooms, and comforting classics like Lasagne Bolognaise and Three Cheese Macaroni, there’s something for everyone.
And of course, no Sunday is complete without dessert…
Think Sticky Toffee Apple Pie & Custard, Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake, Lemon Tiramisu, Arctic Roll and Belgian Chocolate Log.

Remember when Sunday actually meant something?

The whole family round one table. Nobody rushing. The good plates out. A roast in the middle and someone always going back for more potatoes.

Somewhere along the way we swapped all that for a meal deal and a screen.

So we're putting the roast back into Sundays.

Roast Sirloin of Beef with proper Yorkshire puddings and rich jus. Roast Shoulder of Lamb with mint roast jus. Oven baked fillet of salmon. Chicken Kiev. Our Three Cheese Macaroni. Lasagne Bolognaise. And a Vegetable Pie the meat eaters keep ordering by mistake and finishing anyway.

Start with Crispy Haggis Bon Bons and peppercorn dip, or fresh lentil soup with warm crusty bread. Finish with Old School Sponge & Custard — jam sponge, coconut topping, warm custard. The one your gran made.

2 courses £20. 3 courses £24. Served from 12 noon.

Views over to Arran. Nobody chasing you out. No washing up.
