Bjorn is part of our front of house team and has been with us since May. He is currently in the final year of his A-levels in: economics, politics and business.

Bjorn has already become a great part of our front of house team. His enthusiasm, positive attitude, and friendly smile are exactly what our young, energetic team is all about.

From our hot honey, black garlic and sesame chicken wings starter to delicious new mains like pan-fried hake fillet with parma ham, buttered green beans, sautéed new potatoes with a shellfish white w**e sauce, and our hearty grilled duck breast with crispy potato rosti, buttered spinach, smoked beetroot puree and jus.
