Hillcrest House

We’ve been thinking about what our perfect day would be at Hillcrest. Here’s what it would look like.
Getting up and having breakfast outside looking down into the Dovedale Valley.
Making our way down the road to Ashbourne to visit the market.
Coming back up and visiting The Old Dog pub on the way back to the house.
Descending the valley to go over the famous stepping stones (pictured), before climbing up Thorpe Cloud which is right in front of the house.
Making the small climb down for a quick shower and then hitting the hot tubs for sunset.
Cooking a nice big meal (or ideally having someone else do it!) before curling up by the wood burner and putting a film on.

Doesn’t sound too bad does it?

Come to our house in the Peak District and enjoy these views! We put two large hot tubs in Hillcrest House because what better way to watch the sun go down after a day of walking the dogs all over the beautiful surrounding peaks.
