This lady chose the BEST spot to calve this morning, just next to Bluebell Pod with an amazing view (not sure she’d be looking at that though during labour!). A first time mother who had a text book calving and both cow and calf are doing well. A beautiful sight for this weekends guests

Keeping everything crossed for the next generation of our shire horses….🐴
Upper Delves Lady Lily, the 2nd foal born here at Mulino, is now almost 5 and is due her very first foal this June to the stunning grey stallion Sparkland Ben at Metheringham Upton Shires

We know first hand how difficult breeding these magnificent heavy horses can be so we are keeping everything crossed that we have a healthy shire foal born this summer🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
