The farm stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area, with Alton Towers only a few miles away and the the Dove and Manifold valleys only a few minutes drive by car (or bicycle). The walking in this area is magnificent and so is the cycling. There are also fine great houses, lovely

market towns, caverns, castles and many other places to visit or things to do. The facilities include:
•Fitted carpets (except in the kitchen and utility room)
•Central heating
•Comfortable sitting room with colour TV and DVD player
•Dining Room with colour TV
•Large Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher
•Utility room with washing machine and dryer
•Shower and toilet downstairs
•Bathroom and toilet upstairs
•A Games Room in an outhouse
•Large garden / play area outside



The bedroom accommodation comprises:
•One ground floor family bedroom with a double bed and two single beds
•One double bedroom upstairs with en-suite facilities
•Two family bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed and one single bed



Cot and High Chair, phone, washer and dryer all provided. Dogs are allowed - an extra £10 each. This is a sheep farming area and dogs must be kept on leads. Latham Hall is surrounded by fields which usually contain sheep - and in spring, lambs also.
