As the weather has been relatively dry (well apart from today) the campsite is open for 2026! .
It’ll be nice to see you all again.
The May bank holidays are fully booked for electric pitches but we do have non electric available for the first one.

Happy new year to all our camping friends, new and old.
Won’t be too long before the sun will be shining and we’ll be open again. Bookings are being taken, although with Easter being early this year, it may be too wet to open, I’ll keep you posted!!

What a fabulous bank holiday weekend we have all had at the campsite.
Two very successful days of very competitive ‘putting for the (substantial) pot’ golf game. And big money bingo💰!!😁 which the whole campsite took part in.
I have to say the August BH weekend feels like a big family affair, all the kids play & mix together, such a safe environment for all.
A great end to the summer season🌞⛺️🚐 X
We would like to thank everyone for making it such an easygoing weekend for us, we’ve enjoyed your company. xx

Fab weather for camping!
Summer holidays are flying by, and it’s been busy onsite. Have a few electric pitches available for next week but not the bank holiday weekend but do have availability for tents without ehu.

Bank holiday bingo is back again for adults and kids!
Also this year, golf putting for the pot!
Let’s hope the weather stays good for the weekend.

The season has started unexpectedly warm and dry, long may it remain!🤞🤞☀️
We are taking bookings but have very limited spaces left for the May bank holidays.
However the village is celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day on the green (a 5 minute walk away) and everyone is welcome.

Hi Everyone
Wishing you all a very happy 2025.
Won’t be long until the season is upon us again and we are already taking bookings, but if the weather is as wet as it’s been for the last 2 years, I’m not actually sure when the season will begin! But as I said previously we are taking bookings but will keep you updated on the condition of the field as the time gets nearer.

Apparently it’s going to stop raining sometime soon!!
We will be opening for May bank holiday🤞but unable to take anymore bookings for that weekend as we are full!

Hello
I would just like to give everyone an update as to when we will be opening the campsite.
At the moment the field is still far too wet to drive on, we just need lots more days like today as more rain will turn it back to mush!!
So please bear with us, as if we open too soon the field will get ruined for the rest of the season…so pretty much the same as last year!!
We will be aiming to open in May at some point but, unfortunately not the first bank holiday weekend.
I’m really sorry and I will keep you updated.
We are taking bookings though, so feel free to get in touch either message me via here or to [email protected] as I’m having difficulties replying on the [email protected] site
