Tubs, Tents and Events Tubs, Tents and Events was established with one mission: to bring a high-quality hot tub rental, ten There needs to be a socket and tap within 15m of the area.

WHERE CAN I PUT A HOT TUB? 💦
Any garden that has a less than a 2 degree incline and at least a flat 3x3m area (or 4x4m with gazebo). There needs to be easy access to the area with at least 70cm path from the van. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?⏰
Set up takes less than two hours but the tub takes roughly 24 hours to get up to temperature (sometimes more in very cold conditions). HOW MUCH IS DELIVE

Delivery is free within 15 miles of our base in Old Buckenham. After that it is £2 per mile (mileage is taken from Google Maps). DO I HAVE TO BE HOME ON DELIVERY DAY?🏡🚛
Yes. You need to be present when the tub is delivered so that we can go through key usage information with you and so you can sign the terms and conditions of hire. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?💸
We accept BACS transfers

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?✅
There is a £50 deposit that is there to cover any cleaning fees or last minute cancellations. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?❌
If you want cancel up to 7 days before your hire date there will be no charge. If you cancel within between 2 and 7 days of your hire date, unfortunately, your deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 2 days of the hire date the full price will be charged. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS? 🎁
We can offer gift cards on request. Please message us and we can help you from there. WHAT IF I WANT TO KEEP THE TUB FOR LONGER?🥰
Great! We are glad you are enjoying your hire! Depending on other bookings, there'll be a daily charge added for extensions. Please contact us to check availability.
