🌸 Only two weekends left for spring and summer 2027! ☀️
If you've been meaning to get the whole gang together next year, now's the time, because Alexander House is almost fully booked every weekend for the warmer months.
Here's what's still available:
🌷 Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th April 2027
Spring blossom, longer evenings and the grounds bursting back into life.
☀️ Friday 18th – Sunday 20th June 2027
Midsummer light that lingers late, dips in the heated pool and hot tub nights under a sky that barely gets dark.
With room for up to 28 guests, four acres of grounds, a games room and space for the dogs too 🐾, it's made for birthdays, hen weekends, family reunions and "we really should all get together" plans that finally happen.
Once these go, that's spring and summer 2027 spoken for! 👀

There's a moment every year when the grounds turn golden, and it never stops taking our breath away.
The trees are glowing in shades of amber, copper and crimson, the mornings have that crisp, misty Perthshire hush, and the House looks especially handsome framed by all that colour. 🍁
And The Orangery? Pure magic this time of year. Soft autumn light pouring through the glass, leaves drifting past outside, and that cosy, golden-hour glow that makes every photo look like a painting. ✨
Honestly, we could spend all day just wandering the grounds with a warm drink in hand (and some days, we do ☕).

Alexander House gives you exclusive use of the whole place — heated pool, hot tubs, games room, 2 acres to yourselves, and enough space that nobody's sleeping on an airbed in the hallway. Bring your own drinks, bring the games, bring the questionable playlist. It's your weekend, your rules.

🍂 One last October holiday escape, and it has Lorry Juniper's name on it.
We have a single school holiday gap left: Monday 19th to Wednesday 21st October. That's it. One lorry, one slot, one lucky family.
Juniper is our converted lorry tucked into the Perthshire hillside, with her own wood-fired hot tub and a sitooterie for watching the autumn colours roll in. The kids get an adventure they'll be telling their class about. The dog gets to come too. And you get a long, steamy soak under the stars once everyone's finally asleep. 🌙
No airports and no itinerary. Just wellies, fresh air and a hot tub that's worth the wait.

A late change of plans means our main house has unexpectedly come free from Friday 30th October, so one lucky group can have a Perthshire country house entirely to themselves for Halloween weekend.
There's room for up to 28 of you, with:

🌳 2 acres of private grounds

Whether your idea of Halloween is fancy dress and a murder mystery, or simply hiding from the trick-or-treaters in a hot tub, this is the place to do it. It suits big birthdays, family get-togethers, hen weekends, or that reunion the group chat has been promising for two years.
We're near Gleneagles and around an hour from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, so it's easy to round everyone up at short notice.
