As it's a quiet time for our pods, my mum Margaret, has decided to teach me the craft of making clootie dumplings. This was her original business before we opened our wee glamping site. If you've never tried a clootie dumpling before, it's a beautifully light fruit pudding, delicately spiced....and laced with malt whisky for our limited edition clooties.
