We are back up and running!

Both of our lodges survived, 80 I would say by about 10 cm.

Everything has been safely checked and we have welcomed our first guests back!

The bar is back up and running onsite as well!

We would like to thank our clients that we have had to cancel in our two lodges at the Aviemore holiday park. As you maybe aware the Spey river flooded the site on Sunday evening after heavy rain. The park was evacuated on Sat evening.

Sadly at the moment the park is still closed due to it being unsafe due to eletric, gas and sewage needing to be checked. We believe the Rueaphu has survived but we are not sure about Dunroamin.

A Cairngorm Mountain spokesperson said earlier this afternoon "At this stage, we are taking one day at a time. If we get more snow then, of course, we will open for Easter but we are at the mercy of Mother Nature."
