There is a utility room off the kitchen which has a washing machine, dryer, microwave, sink, iron, high chair etc. The property has a large entrance hall with cupboard to store coats, skis and has boot drying facilities, there is also a large downstairs WC cloakroom. There is also a large twin bedroom off the hall way with built in wardrobes, Freeview 32” TV with DVD player, hair dryer, travel cot (no bedding provided) etc. The beds can be joined to make a kingsize bed if required. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The large master kingsize bedroom has a tiled en-suite bathroom with double shower. There are winter views over-looking the Cairngorm mountain range. There is a double room with Freeview TV/DVD player, hair dryer, built in wardrobes etc, there are also winter views overlooking the Cairngorms. There is also a twin bedroom with Freeview TV/DVD player and views out to the rear wooded nature reserve, the beds can be joined to make kingsize if required. Off the landing is also a large family bathroom with double shower and bath tub. To the front of the property is a large open lawned area with private parking for 3-4 vehicles. To the rear is a pet friendly secure garden with hot tub to seat 6 persons, patio and BBQ area, there is also a shed suitable for bike storage and uninterrupted views into the wooded nature reserve which is regularly visited by deer, red squirrels and a wide variety of birds. Aviemore is a 10 minute walk through beautiful woodland with numerous walks in the surrounding woodland nature reserve.
