Nestled in the beautiful Devon countryside near Dalwood village, our unique barn conversions are the perfect choice if you're looking for a relaxed holiday in quiet and peaceful East Devon. Our working farm location offers the picturesque views of the countryside and there is plenty to interest all ages. Set in a rural peaceful location, close to the Jurassic Coast.

three bedrooms.
🏡The Wagon House sleeps four in two bedrooms.
🏡The Stables sleeps seven in two bedrooms. All properties offer under floor heating throughout and are well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Dogs are welcome on request. Smart TVs and great WiFi is offered in all our properties. Open all year round

A Heron, while we walked down the Byes to Sidmouth along the river Sid. The shortest river in Devon. A popular route for holiday guests and locals with dogs & children.

Tonight's Moon is very bright, it's a "Super Moon" called a Wolf Moon.
Rising over Horner Hill Dalwood, a great place for a holiday!
Looks Great to start the new year 2026 with a clear sky.

Bring the ewes home for scanning along beautiful quiet Devon country lanes.
A little walk for all, that went well. Whiskey the sheep dog keeps the sheep going and the right way!

A great show as always with many viewers.

We have had amazing weather lately after the drought our Bull has been enjoying lounging around on the lush grass with his friend. He always has a friend with him to keep him happy., 😄.

All the fruit crops have been amazing blackberries, plums and apples which we have now picked them in. These are Blenheim orange.

Harvest tea held on the farm today after the Harvest service.
A lovely village event for children, villagers, guests and a few happy dogs. ❤️

It's very spring like now with the regrowth of grass and plants. After the long drought, so bright now with sunshine. Beautiful for homeschool children and their family who are on holiday at the moment. There is some availability for late bookers.

Dalwood country fair one for the calender for next year usually the third Saturday in August. Great fun for the children and all.
