Breaking news: after a three-week residency outside the hotel, the temp traffic lights have finally moved on!

Coincidence or not, the sun has come out, the road is flowing and Grant seems that little bit happier👀☀️

⭐️🌰 New Menu ~ May 2026!

Exciting day as we rotate into our summer menu! ☀️

We’re introducing some flavoursome new dishes alongside a selection of old favourites that you already know and love.

We offer:
• À la carte menu
• Gluten-free menu
• Vegan menu
• Takeaway menu
• High tea (Mon-Fri 3pm-5pm)
• 2 & 3 course party menu (for large parties)
• Lite bite lunch menu

We take bookings for both our bar and restaurant, while our large sun-trap beer garden is available on a first come, first served basis — perfect for making the most of the sunshine!

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support local businesses — we truly appreciate every visit and every booking. We look forward to welcoming you soon to try the new menu!

Our local Dunure lobster has landed and is being freshly prepared for our Coast to Coast Menu, launching this week.

Available every week from Thursday through Sunday, with limited availability — once it’s gone, it’s gone!

☀️🍽️🌰 Beer Garden is Open!

Our sun-soaked beer garden is officially open for food and drinks ☀️🍻 we serve from 12 noon all day - garden closes for 10pm.

No bookings needed — just turn up and grab a table, first come, first served.

Dogs welcome, please keep on a leash for the duration of your stay! 🐕

Let’s make the most of that big orange glow in the sky while it lasts… it’s been a looong old winter!
