Yesterday we enjoyed an evening cruise on the Waverley, Britain's last working paddle steamer, from Ayr Harbour over to Pladda to the south of the Isle of Arran, then up the Arran coastline and around the Holy Isle, before returning to Ayr before sunset. We even saw a pod of dolphins diving in Whiting Bay

Today. We'd like to introduce Maya, our newest member of the team. Maya just joined us about a month ago and will be working with us over the summer before she starts university in September, waitressing two mornings a week and helping with holiday cover. She has already proved a great help to us.

Today we introduce Stefani, who just started working with us a couple of months ago as a housekeeper. Stefani works here on Sundays, usually a very busy day with lots of changeovers and she has proved to be a great addition to the team. Her young family keeps her very busy during the rest of the week!
