Big isn’t always better

Not my usually post plugging a sunrise or a beautiful sandy beach.

The Salty Sea Dog is managed by a small dog obsessed business East Ruston Cottages that is locally based & I am so proud to play a very small part with in this team.

The Salty Sea Dog sits on a small holiday park called Sandy Beach Holiday Park & has a small team on site that are always willing to help out with a problem or just offer the guests advice on where to visit.
Yesterday my guest contacted me by WhatsApp at 15:43 to say they couldn’t get the hob to work, I asked if the main oven was working they said it lit but didn’t stay on. I thought the gas had run out & had not switched over to the new bottle. I contacted Rolly the maintenance man on site & said I thought the gas bottle had ran out & asked him to have a look explaining what the problem was, he promptly went over & fixed the problem, my guests hadn’t held the button down long enough to ignite the hob. No one’s fault especially when you are not used to gas appliances . By 15:53 the problem had been resolved all within 10 minutes of it being reported. My point is big isn’t always better, sometimes SMALL works even better, it can offer quicker and friendlier customer service.
