Recently, our ‘B Keepers’, a group of passionate colleagues championing our purpose, spent the day at Knepp Estate in West Sussex.

The day was nothing short of inspiring. From first-hand insight into Knepp’s pioneering rewilding journey to meaningful conversations around biodiversity and long-term stewardship, it was a chance to reconnect with what really matters.
We left with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and new initiatives already taking shape across our estates.

Today is World Bee Day 🐝

Across our estates, bees quietly shape so much of what we do, pollinating the flowers that bloom in our grounds and producing the honey we use in our kitchens.

Each hive creates something slightly different, with flavours influenced by the flowers and surroundings unique to each location. From delicate floral notes to deeper, richer sweetness, no two are ever quite the same.

While today is a reminder, their impact is felt every day, in our gardens and on our plates.

This was one for the food lovers.

A beautifully curated PR stay by Bloxham PR at Lainston House, bringing together the very best of Season Cookery School and Gozney.

Guests began with a wander through the kitchen garden, before shaking things up at a cocktail masterclass with drinks writer and TV presenter Becky Paskin. As the evening fell, we gathered in Wellhouse for a fire-fuelled dinner where exceptional flavours took centre stage.

The next morning, after a hearty breakfast, it was time to get hands-on in the outdoor kitchen. Flames fired, confidence grew, and the menu did not disappoint:

🔥 Pan-fried ribeye with woodfired buttered miso onions
🔥 Korean lamb cutlets with kimchi
🔥 Classic margarita pizza

New skills, full tummies, and the kind of cooking confidence that stays with you long after the fire dies down.
